We are looking for a friendly and engaging team player to support both our company’s customer service and fulfillment operations. You will provide excellent customer service, resolving and answering customer inquiries by email and phone, as well as perform various fulfillment and warehouse activities.


  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, either by phone or email
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Process orders, returns, and RTS packages in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Verify address issues with customers to ensure they get their orders
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, and keep accurate records of customer interactions
  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify, and fulfill customer orders accurately
  • Process and manufacture t-shirt orders accurately
  • Abide by all company guidelines
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize customer service and warehousing procedures
  • Keep office, warehouse, t-shirt production area, kitchen, and bathrooms clean and organized daily
